Your data and privacy

The landing page and these guides are public. Your feed, saved ideas, people, source settings, and chat history require an account. Other users do not gain access to your workspace by signing in to their own accounts.

Access requests

The access form asks for your name, email address, optional company, and what you want to follow. We store those details and email the request to the account administrator for review. It doesn't create an account or subscribe you to a mailing list.

Weekly email brief

The brief has a separate, optional subscription. Check the consent box and confirm through the link in your email to subscribe. Having an account or requesting access does not subscribe you.

We store your email address, confirmation status, and subscription dates. Our email provider processes your address and the emails it delivers. Every weekly brief includes an unsubscribe link. We keep your opt-out status so we can stop future delivery.

The brief links to public reporting. It does not include anyone's workspace, saved ideas, contact notes, or chat history.

Sources and AI

Nightcrew collects material from the sources you follow. AI services process selected source material, your business context, and questions to produce summaries and answers. Profile enrichment can send a public professional identifier to an external lookup service.

Avoid putting passwords, confidential customer information, or incident details you aren't allowed to share into your profile or chat. Public profile information and AI-generated answers can be incomplete or wrong; check the original sources.

Connected assistants

An assistant using your API token can retrieve the records that token permits. Your assistant's provider may process that data under its own settings. Keep tokens private and revoke them under account when you disconnect a tool.

Publishing and account help

Nightcrew does not publish a post or contact someone when you save an idea or enrich a profile. You review drafts and decide what to share.

For account changes, access problems, or a request to remove your data, contact the person who provided your account.
